drove an hour to go on the cruise and they told me it was cancelled due to mechanical issues. no notification was given ahead of time by Viator so wasted my time and gas to find out out there was no cruise. Then had to spend a half hour to request a refund which i hope will go through. Wasted half of my day and family was disappointed. will not use Viator in the future.
