Very professional and great job checking people in and very happy they had a cut off time for those still waiting for people and keeping in time. Loved all the jokes and the person explaining the area, and every staff member was friendly and so nice. HIGHLY recommend this tour

The boat left without us. We were 4 adults and 3 children, who were very disappointed. We were a total of SIX minutes late (2:36 pm - it said on the ticket to arrive at 2:30) and had driven 40 minutes to get there. There was really terrible winds and rain which caused our delay. I have requested a refund and I hope I will get it. You should make sure to be there early.

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed this cruise! The drinks were fantastic, the narrator was amazing! Bathrooms on board were clean and comfortable, and the views were great. Would recommend to everyone!
