Very Pleasant crew. Seating uncomfortable. Not enough outdoor seating. Must be first one to have seats in upper deck and get table and chairs.

Thanks for your review. Seating is first come first serve. With tables and chairs upstairs and down. People do covet the upstairs seating and we encourage guests to plan ahead and arrive accordingly with time to find their desired spot in line. There is always plenty of seating downstairs and all over the boat.

We found the crew very friendly and helpful and the narration excellent. The tour was just as advertised and is a very pleasant way to have a close look a the natural preserves along the Waterway and of the homes of the fabulously wealthy. My only concern is that the company does not provide a way for smokers in the tiny area dedicated to them for them to dispose of the toxic filters after smoking. These are terrible for the birds and other wildlife.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We definitely appreciate the feedback. The crew have been working on painting of late and unfortunately had not mounted the ash tray back on the bulkhead for your particular cruise. We treasure this area and make mention of not allowing any refuse to go overboard with the wind in the narration. Hopefully we can sea you again.

We enjoyed the crew's hospitality and walking around asking if we were having a nice time. The lunch was excellent. They made the cruise fun and interesting.
