What To Expect

Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum

Departing from the Hutchinson Island Marriott Marina at 10:30am you will board our vessel the Island Princess for your 4.5 hour journey (round trip) down the Indian River Lagoon to the Jupiter Lighthouse. Your journey includes lunch. A full service bar is on board (cash/credit).

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Went on the lunch cruise to Jupiter Island with a group of friends from our condo complex in Stuart. This was such a great experience. It starts with the crew being courteous and helpful. The boat itself is comfortable and clean. It has an onboard snack bar serving cocktails and snacks. On the way to Jupiter Island they point out all the sights you are seeing and provide the history of the area. As you approach Jupiter Light the crew was very accommodating and took our pictures with the lighthouse in the background. They told us about the wildlife we were seeing and we were lucky to see dolphins and manatees along the way. Overall this is a great cruise that I'd recommend to all ages.

The day that we were to take the cruise was the windiest day they had experienced in Florida in a long time. My husband and the other Man in our party went down and spoke to John. He assured us that we would get a refund because the weather was bad even though the policy was for early cancellation. I have contacted the company and we have been denied the refund. We are out $216 because we were told we would be refunded if we did not go on the cruise even though we could’ve gone on that day had we known we would not receive a refund. Do not trust this company steer clear and save your money

It is unclear to us why the reviewer elected not to board the cruise as over 40 other guests had a wonderful experience. Through our booking partner we offer cancellations 24 hours prior to departure. As the reviewer elected to cancel less than 1 hour prior to departure their request was denied. This policy is clearly conveyed at the time of booking and posted, so there really should be no confusion. The reviewer was offered to rebook for missing the cruise.
