What To Expect

Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum

Departing from the Hutchinson Island Marriott Marina at 10:30am you will board our vessel the Island Princess for your 4.5 hour journey (round trip) down the Indian River Lagoon to the Jupiter Lighthouse. Your journey includes lunch. A full service bar is on board (cash/credit).

We had a ball on this cruise! The day was perfect...great scenery and an interesting and humorous narration by the captain. He touches on the history of the area plus some interesting facts about some of the residents of Jupiter Island. We saw osprey and dolphins. The mojitos my husband and I had were the best we have ever had! The lunch was delicious and there was plenty to eat. Ship clean and comfy, crew friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Very informative & relaxing day cruising down to Jupiter Lighthouse. Lunch was a tasty club sandwich. Was surprised lunch didn't include drink. There was complimentary coffee & danish when we boarded. That was nice. Coffee was very good. Would recommend. Trip was from 10:30 to 2:30.

Just last week my wife and I and her sister and husband totally enjoyed our 4+ hour boat trip with "Captain Bob" down the inland waterway from Stuart, FL to Jupiter, FL. The boat trip was well run, and Captain Bob's running commentary was both entertaining and enlightening. We went through both wild shoreline areas with abundant wildlife and highly developed areas where the winter homes of millionaires/celebrities and sports figures abound. It was a treat to see all kinds of birds, dolphins, and a manatee or two on one stretch and then the elaborate homes of "old money" and new money (ie. the Johnsons of Johnson and Johnson and Tiger Woods, Olivia Newton-John, Greg Norman, etc.,etc., etc.)--all with Captain Bob's expert commentary. The included lunch was very tasty and way better than we were expecting on a day trip like this. Drink prices (not included) were way lower than expected. All in all, it was a very fun, exciting, and memorable experience for us. I would highly suggest that this is a top-notch thing to do on a sunny day in this part of Florida. We enjoyed it immensely, and it was well worth the price. Bravo, Island Princess Cruise!!
