Jurassic Garden and Beach Photoshoot

Overview

This is the most popular and diverse photo-experience on Oahu! What other photo-experience enables you to visit multiple locations? Don’t just live the dream - be captured in it! The Jurassic Garden, in my opinion, is the REAL Jurassic Park being so lush and tropical. The beach I've selected for this shoot is slightly off the tourist trail so we'll be able to capture some gorgeous photographs without 1000 people in the background. What To Expect

Hoomaluhia Botanical Gardens

We'll immerse ourselves in the original Jurassic park where the lush gardens intertwine in a maze of districts. I'll take you on a brief journey through the park at a couple spots perfect for photos with the Jurassic road and mountainous backdrop.

I wanted to take a little bit of time before I wrote this review because I wanted to reflect and be fair. Initially, I booked because who wouldn't want gorgeous pictures on the beach and this amazing scenery that is highlighted. What I didn't consider is that my body type is different from the pictures shown here, and due to that, some of the pictures didn't turn out as I had hoped. Something else that was also a little frustrating is that there were many photos taken that I wasn't able to see. Cody was my photographer, and he is VERY knowledgeable of the island and was pleasant on the day of the tour. My biggest concern is that when you photograph different body types, you have to know angles that work for them instead of "business as usual." I did try to contact him to get more photos, but that was about two weeks ago, and I still haven't heard back. I checked that I would refer to a friend on this tour because I hope this feedback reaches them, and they realize that a thicker woman has different angles. The scenery speaks for itself in the pictures; I wish there were more creativity with posing and angles.
