Please be aware this is an unguided tour, you may as well just rent a kayak and gear on an hourly rate. The representative met us at the shore and dropped off the equipment and proceeded to show us 2 locations on his phone of where to snorkel before he left. Did not see a single fish on this excursion as the water was not clear at all. It is misleading because it is. NOT a 10 reef snorkel. Talk about a wasted day in Hawaii😐

At Active Oahu we are always talking about ways to improve our customer's experience. In this case, it seems we fell short. Now that this has been brought to our attention we will be adding extra material to better guide visitors. With more detailed instructions we hope that future adventures will have a better experience out on the water.
