The code to redeem did not work on the app needed for the tour. Every time we entered the code the app would kick us out. We tries calling the customer services and finally had someone answer after 45minutes on hold. We requested a refund, we could not use it due to the app.

Couldn’t get the app to work and can’t get a refund. Waste of money and time. Stay away from it because it doesn’t work

We could not figure out how to get the app to work. Waste of money. We were looking forward to doing the scavenger hunts as we traveled around the USA. Not now. Big disappointment.
