Exbeeriment Brewing

We have been in the Gardner community since 2015. Greg worked for the City of Gardner and Misty for the Spring Hill School District. When it was time for a change, we decided to fill a gap in our community with a craft brewery and tap room. We hope our personalities shine through in the atmosphere that we are creating. Kansas City Bier Company

The largest independent and locally-owned craft brewery in Kansas City, KC Bier Co. specializes in brewing authentic German-style bier with the same character, flavor and freshness as the bier brewed and consumed in Germany by using only water, yeast and imported malt and hops, and traditional German brewing methods. Our name and brewery pays homage to a time in Kansas City history when Tom Pendergast and his mob organization (The Goats) kept libations flowing in KC during Prohibition.
