This was a very disappointing and unfortunate situation. Our ship was supposed to have docked initially at 8:00am. we called the office and let them know we were a little late and we’re trying to get there asap. We were told that they would wait until 8:50am. We got a taxi at 8:20 for a expected 20min ride the the ATV center. We called the office and said we were on our way but may be a few minutes late. We got there at 8:52am for the 9:00 tour. Unfortunately, they did not wait and left with out us. So this little adventure cost $70.00 for the taxi out there, $35.00 for the Uber back to the ship and only received one half of my initial payment ($260.00) back as a refund. To add insult to injury, my wife asked if we could at least have the two bandanas with our names on them for a momento and she was told that would not be possible. LOL…So just what did they do for me to get $130.00??? Not impressed with this company’s idea of customer satisfaction. Beware this company will not wait for you for eve for 2 minutes…….
