The tour was nice. It involves multiple stops to listen about the history (as well as let the engines cool down). We went to the dry or "desert" side of the trail and was okay. There was one puddle to drive through which was the only cool part about this tour. Last year this tour was call Kauai ATV waterfall Tour and that was a heck of a good time. I don't know what the big change was but this one was pretty bland in comparison. What really knocked this down was the people in front of us slowing down the entire party.

This is marketed as a 3 hour event but there's actually only about 30 min worth of ATV driving and most of that time you're driving at a fairly slow pace. You spend a few min driving between four different spots and you stop for 30 min at a time at each one. At one point we stopped to fish at a lake. Fishing is fine but not what I expected from an ATV adventure. Apparently, the tour used to be much better but recently someone purchased a huge chunk of land and it's now private so they no longer have access to a big portion of their original tour where there was more driving.

You HAVE to do this tour, it was a beautiful and educational tour and so much more in all the best ways. Alex and Malikai were incredible tour guides, funny, nice and knowledgeable. We had the time of our lives and highly recommend this to see the beauty of south Kauai.
