I’m not sure how I got booked on a trip with this company. I was not even in the state of Hawaii when this tour was set to happen. I did not know until the Receptionist had called me to see if we were just late for check in. I then reached out to viator to explain the situation. Unfortunately they did not care and charged me for a snorkeling tour for 4 at $406.88. I was never able to actually speak to this “tour operator” that apparently had the final say in ripping me off. I’m disgusted with the customer service and lack of communication. If I could give negative stars I would.

My wife was not able to breath when she put on snorkel and she didn’t snorkel, so we wasted money, but my friends did and they like it. Can I get a refund for the snorkeling that my wife was not able to do? Thanks
