The host seemed annoyed that all 5 people where asking questions about sharks and concerns about sharks. 3 of the 5 guests started vomiting because of how fast they where driving the boat .I would highly recommend you look into and ask alot of questions before choosing the snorkeling trip.i myself had a hard time seeing my beautiful girlfriend go threw that.

This tour was pretty awful from beginning to end. The host was lackluster and rude answering guest questions. Three out of the 5 guests got sea sick. The boat ride was way too aggressive and fast with no consideration of how the guests were responding. I ended up floating in the water and vomiting the whole time and not able to snorkel. I would never do this tour again and would not recommend it.

This came up when I searched Napoli coast. Being unfamiliar with Kauai I felt Misled. Otherwise it was a good time

Aloha Kimberly, It appears that you made your reservation through a THIRD PARTY called Viator. Yes they are associated with Trip Advisor, but they are a THIRD PARTY who spends Millions of dollars on internet ads to get you to book with them. Unfortunately, we the actual tour provider have nothing to do with the marketing or advertisements of Viator, again the THIRD PARTY you made your reservation through. We understand the feeling of being misled, however, it would appear that your review really is for VIATOR and not our Crew of Captain Daytan, Christina and Mallerie who led your "Otherwise good time" tour. I'm sorry that this THIRD PARTY makes it appear that they are the actual tour provider. We have told them about this perception time and again. We also hear constantly people's dissatisfaction with them and on occasion receive a negative review about it. If in fact your review is meant for Viator would there be a way for you to update your review for your experience with our captain and crew?
