Kauai Sea Kayaking 10 mile tour - Na Pali Iki (Polihale to Milolii)

Overview
A rigorous adventure is recommended for the very active.
Polihale State Park to Miloli'i is a 10-mile round trip paddleA one-day 10 mile guided sea kayak adventure along the South-West portion of Kauai’s Na Pali Coast. This will be a long, impressive day of warm coastal paddling,  caving, and snorkeling along a portion of the monumental Na Pali Coast. Marvel at shallow sea caves, secluded beaches and  hanging valleys. Along the way encounter and swim with Dolphins, Green Sea Turtle, and often Monk Seals. Pulling ashore, we’ll spend a few hours stopping to rest and have lunch on the quiet beach of Milolii. At Milolii we can swim, beach comb, and visit an old Hawaiian fishing heiau (fishing shrine). Treasure Beach is a great place to rest off shore or take time to snorkel. After landing at Polihale...a refreshing shower and a van awaits, ready to whisk you back to our Wailua River Marina.

Our guides were super knowledgeable and the kayaking was rigorous but really fun. Would totally recommend to anyone interested!

Aloha Ethan, Thanks for taking the time to share the "dots"! Your Na Pali Iki is the mellowest way to enjoy the South West portion of Na Pali and still has its rigors for those seeking a wee bit challenge. I hope you saw and paddled with some dolphins if not turtles. And yes... our guides are there not only to keep you safe, but to enrich you with cultural, natural and historical lore of what you are witnessing. Thanks for sharing. A hui hou, Micco

Jay and Cooper were the ABSOLUTE BEST! They were informative, supportive, and all around very helpful and the ride was beautiful. Side note: Every muscle in my wife’s body hurt the next day. A great work out!

Aloha Michael, Lucky you went on our shorter/calmer approach to Na Pali, i.e. our Iki from Polihale to Miloli'i and back. That's what our guides are there for, to help you paddle while sharing the panorama both above and below water. Will share your kind words with Jay and Cooper. Thanks and keep paddling. A hui hou, Micco

This was my third tour with Kayak Kauai and my favorite so far! This is a round trip paddle to Miloli'i, a secluded beach that can only be accessed by kayak. Along the way there are stunning Na Pali coast views. We saw dolphin pods and sea turtles, not to mention tons of other underwater wildlife while snorkeling. I also enjoyed the abundance of shells when we landed at Miloli'i (there are not too many beaches with intact shells on Kauai!). I did this tour as a warm-up for the full Na Pali Coast tour and I found it challenging but doable - a lot of soreness depends on how well the wind and water are helping or hindering you along the way. Depending on the waves, the final landing at Polihale is no joke - while it's nice to have a guide along the way for educational purposes, I especially appreciated having them there to look out for my safety on the landing. As an aside, if you've been wanting to spend some time at Polihale but don't have a car with 4WD, a great part of this tour is that someone else is navigating all the potholes for you :) Mahalo Kayak Kauai for putting together another awesome tour!
