Loved being able to have options to challenge us if we wanted to do more. Little sad there wasn't so much flow but it was still a nice variety of movements and can't get much better of a view! Just don't forget your own mat or towel-they're NOT provided.

It was wonderful experience to start gorgeous day on Kauai Mama🌈 with restorative yoga on the beach! Crystal singing bowls! Sound of ocean and singing birds! Anya is a great provider to connect with the Universe and a body🙌🏼💜🙏🏼

Such an amazing experience doing yoga on the beach in Kauai! My husband and I had been hiking/walking 9-17 miles/day and by day 6, yoga was perfect for releasing those tired, aching muscles.
