- All necessary equipment provided

** We are happy to issue a refund for anyone in your party who feels unsafe in certain choppy water conditions. We just ask that you bring the rental back within the hour. **

Casey is amazing, Viator NOT so amazing. Casey at the kayak shop was friendly and helpful. Such a nice guy. Viator does not include that you have to drive a few miles with the kayak. The customer service agent wasn’t helpful at all when we needed assistance and wrote us off very quickly on the phone. Upsetting after using Viator many times. But, Casey from the rental place is great and he deserves that recognition!

The local shop would be highly recommended. However I would not recommend booking thru viator. The agent had no clue what he was booking. Left out important info like you had to haul your own kayaks to the lake or pay extra for delivery.

We have 3 families 8 people participated the Kayaking trip in the Lake Tahoe on July 11. The Shop owner Casey is very friendly. He had not just accommodated our schedule from the beginning , but also helped us to transport the Kayaks with a very reasonable fees per our request. We had a very enjoyable vacation in Lake Tahoe, We really appreciate Casey’s help very much.
