We arrived at the departure site and the restrooms were closed. It was hot and no water was provided. There was virtually no wildlife to see so if you are taking your children for that reason then you will be disappointed. We could have had the same or better experience just renting a kayak and going out on our own. Don't spend your money on this trip.

Hi Gerry, Sorry to hear our tour did not live up to your expectations. We have reviewed with the park of them not opening up the bathroom during a national holiday. Additionally, we are sorry to hear about the water situation. We recommend packing a reusable water bottle as plastic ones are not handed out to keep rash out of our beautiful waterways. Additionally, if you are wanting to see the most wildlife, we recommend paddling in the morning when it is coolest! Thank you for the feedback and we hope to exceed your expectations in the future.
