The snorkel guide Alex was great! It was super fun and reasonably priced compared to other snorkeling experiences you can book in Maui.

As someone with an intense fear of sharks, I was not really considering even going to the ocean this trip. Last-minute, based on reviews I decided to face my fears and book a snorkel and kayak tour through Zephyr. Thanks to our guide, Alex, this was the highlight of our entire trip and so worth it! We learned so much about the island and wildlife and had the opportunity to see so many beautiful fish and sea turtles! Alex took tons of photos and videos and sent them to us before we left. He even had some ideas for unique photo and video ops in the water! 10/10 recommend!

Easily our best Hawaii excursion we did on all four islands we visited. Alex was awesome to take the time to know every group on our tour and cater to everyone’s ability level. Snorkeling by the turtles in their natural habitat was a bucket list experience and unlike a lot of other “animal encounter” excursions where the animals obviously associate the tour groups with food or provide unethical up close touching encounters. Here the turtles were absolutely just going about their daily life while we observed from a close distance.
