Amazing experience. Captain Rick, Liz and Jake were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The boat ride out and back to the snorkeling spot was was beautiful and extremely fun for myself, my wife and our 2 boys (aged 8 & 10). We got to see Spinner dolphins and Bottle-nosed dolphins during the boat ride, an amazing bonus. The snorkeling was beautiful and Captian Rick ensured we got there quickly and beat the other boats there so we would have more time snorkeling before more boats and people showed up. Our whole family had a blast and we would highly recommend this experience to anyone! Thanks to all the staff at Captian Zodiac!

Had a great time! Was like swimming in an aquarium, would highly recommend the 8am snorkel, it was not crowded and water temp was nice (early March). Added plus, saw dolphins, learned a little history and saw a 6ft hammerhead on the way back! The boat is a bit bumpy so this is not for young children or older adults with any mobility concerns.

Mahalo for the nice review about our snorkeling tour to Kealakekua bay. We love hearing from guests. Its true the boat is adventurous and bouncy so its not for everyone.

I failed Red Cross swimming, 3 times, in the 70’s because I can’t put my face in the water. This week I learned that I still won’t put my face in the water. Marco and Liz helped me have an amazing time in the water anyway. I felt safe, and the entire morning was exhilarating and beautiful. They both shared a lot of information on the history and geology of the area. We saw spinner dolphins and harbor whales. I loved the smaller group experience, too.
