I was in Austin for a girlfriends getaway and segway tour was included in our plans. I'm so glad it was! This was my first time riding a segway and while I was a little nervous at first, our tour guide explained the operation of the machine in full detail, answered all our questions and was patient with us. And he was down to earth and personable which is a big plus. It was a nice treat he gave us each bottle of cold water. I was impressed with that because it's the little things for me. He was flexible in adjusting to our needs. Our two hour tour went by so fast. I had a great time and will be taking my husband back for the tour.

So happy we booked with this tour company, they were so customer service oriented. After booking, confirmations for our girls trip group of 5 came right away. They even responded quickly to my individual texts asking several questions. The day of the tour was 99° and sunny and humid. This could’ve made for a miserable experience, however our guide not only provided COLD water for the group, but structured the tour so that we could stop for a/c breaks and get snacks. When some in the group became a little restless with stopping for history, he checked with the rest and then changed the tour so we did more riding than stopping so we could always have a breeze. And to top it all off…,,he offered to be our personal photographer and got great pics of everyone. I will only use this company for my segways tours from here on out and I suggest you do to!

Very bad experience. This agency is closed. We were never told our resevation was cancelled. So we arrived and waited, nobody answered the phone number provided. Nobody reimbursed me. I get we are in a pandemic but wouldn’t trust a business that can’t close temporarly properly.
