The online description was not even close to what our experience was. No tour, no special showings, nor meeting astronauts. And the $15 voucher for merchandise or food didn't work for merchandise. Definitely skip this one!

Hi Human R; We are sorry you did not enjoy the tour. Kennedy Space Center made huge changes to the way tours can operate on the complex on July 4th, therefore everyone that had booked this tour received emails and text messages on July 6th letting them know of the changes. Offering cancellations and refunds, or to take the tour in its next programming. The descriptions were updated at that time on all websites so anyone purchasing the tour from that date forward was aware of the new updates. I am sorry if your travel agent did not pass on information relevant to you, but if we had your email address, we certainly reached out via messaging systems, emails, texts etc ti ensure every client was aware of the changes. If you contact us we can certainly let you know the method in which you were contacted and when..... we wanted to ensure clients were aware there were changes to the tour, many guests have actually felt this was an improvement, but obviously this depends on what your main excitement from the original tour description was. We apologies the tour guide could not accompany for the morning around Kennedy Space Center, this is completely out of our control, hence we had to reset the tour. Kind regards, Tori

It was hard to reach them to figure out where we were supposed to meet since we staying at a hotel close by. I finally reached someone 2 days before and said meet outside at the benches. We got into the park and got a quick rundown of the park and when to go where and that was it. (30 min max of time with him) I was expecting someone with knowledge to go everywhere with us and be there all day. We were told that there was a recent change in things where the VIP guides since they are not NASA employees can no longer give tours due to unions and that takes away from the jobs of the NASA employees. We booked this VIP small group experience through your website so we assumed it would be with a NASA employee. I would never suggest anyone pay for this experience. The park is great but we wanted a personal guide which is what we thought we were getting and it was nothing like that. The best part was the bus tour (2 hours so would have been nice to know that before we got on the bus) we had to pull off the road so the truck carrying the Falcon 9 rocket out to the launch pad passed us.

Hello @E5655 Thanks for your comment. This tour is for guests from the Orlando region, a lot of the value of this tour is in the small group transportation from a Central Florida region hotel, breakfast on board vehicle, snacks upon return from the vehilce. This is a Gray Line Orlando operated tour - it is always noted as so. Kennedy Space Center have changed the way tour guides are allowed on complex, so rather then having the morning walking tour from the Gray Line guide, you are provided the 2 hour special interest bus tour ticket instead - I am super happy this was your faviorite part of the day and to see the Falcon 9 rocket being taken to launch pad is something special indeed. I would recommend you check with the company you reserved through. When the changes were made to the tour we contacted every tour company that sells this tour to ask them to update and contact their guests. If we had a phone number or email address we reached out directly via text and email to let guests know of the changes. If you had ridden the tour vehilce from Orlando which you reserved, the tour guide would have provided information, helpful tips and advice during the journey from there. I am sorry you didn't take this service as I am sure this would have helped you enjoy the day. Kind regards, Tori

We are unable to fault the Kennedy Space Centre Experience however we had a few small little issues with the set up of the tour. The tour is stated as providing an elevated experience giving more time to enjoy the space centre. In reality we arrived for opening and left at approximately 16:30 which is 1hr and 30mins prior to closing and before most other tours. Prior to departure when confirming times that we would depart at 17:00 but this did not happen. The Explore tour that was provided in replacement of the guided tour, this was a welcome addition providing a great insight into the centre. Be advised that the tour operates at 10:30 and takes 2 hours. It would have been great to have this tour slightly earlier to maximise time within the centre as their is a lot to see and do. We cannot fault the driver although he did forget to provide both breakfast and bottled water this was refitted upon our return to the bus.
