This is your vacation and our chance to make it special by personalizing a tour for your group. The are many options and on the day of the the tour your guide will talk to you one on one to secure a perfect tour. Some options include: Local Totem Parks, Herring Cove, Local Waterfalls, Beach, Salmon Hatchery, Local Hike, Bear viewing (in season), etc. etc. We are always on the lookout as this is Alaska but cannot guarantee what animals we will see.

We always keep a couple of special spots to show our guest so we can continually see the surprise on there faces.

This is a personalized excursion and we customize to meet to your groups needs. We have something for all ages and our experience will help make your experience a memorable one. We do specialize in the deep routes of the Indigenous Cultures of Southeast Alaska.

We can see totem parks, hike, museums, look for wildlife or visit some of the most picturesque sights that Revillagigedo Island has to offer! Our tour guides will offer you many ideas and will have better insight on wildlife specific to the time of year.

Though our driver was kind and knowledgeable of the area, she was “unable” to take us to the locations that were described in the tour description. She took us to off type locations instead of the ones listed on the description. The tour cost was suppose to cover entrance fees for the known locations but she said she didn’t have the correct registration or papers to be allowed at those locations. The tour was booked for a four hour tour and she said she was told by her boss, Kevin, that it was a three hour tour so she dropped us off at a bar for the last hour while she ran an errand or two. ???

Thank you for the response and we are sorry to hear your tour was not up to your standards. We did give you a full refund without ever having spoke with you because we value customer service. Jody was correct about the time length of your tour because we only sale a maximum of a 3 hour tour.. Unfortunately Viator/TripAdvisor had sold you a tour with the wrong time information.. You did not report that Jody went ahead and accommodateD your time schedule of 4 hours and attempted to make additional stops given the weather. Our company was also gracious enough to provide you with transportation to and from Ward Cove, you’re welcome. I would ask that you contact me directly to discuss what expected stops you did not make on your trip. We do cover fee’s to the areas we offer in our advertisement. We want to make sure you had the correct information.

The Driver Jodie showed up late as we were waiting at the visitor center shown on our booking and she went to the ship dock. The driver/ Guide was not familiar with our itinerary and took us for Wild life viewing which was not part of the tour and we did not see any wild life. We were taken only to one of the five places that we were supposed to cover and totally disappointed. Even at Totem pole, she was not giving proper information, whereas other guides were giving good explanation of the Totems and their history. For the amount we paid, we got less than 5% of the value. We could have done more on our own and using the Free Shuttle or even by Taxi. Kevin Service used on August 9th, 2022

Mr. D’Souza, I see that you are requesting a full refund from our company. I do apologize if the start of your tour was somewhat confusing but you should include why the driver guide was late. However, you boarded the shuttle from Ward Cove to town or you entered in the wrong ship name for your excursion while in Ketchikan. We sent our driver guide to meet your party at Ward Cove to start your tour. You mentioned that you were directed by someone from Ward Cove and not an affiliate of our company to get on the shuttle to town. As stated in the directions we meet our clients at Ward Cove to begin their private tour. Our driver went to Ward Cove to meet your party because this was a custom tour. We attempted to communicate with you 24 hours prior and received no response. You also mentioned that our guide did not provide you with stories on certain totem poles as this would be disrespectful. Jody was correct and unfortunately you may have not understood that culturally we are bound not to talk about clan ships or lineages that we do not represent. Thank you Jody for adhering and respecting the Indigenous people of our area. We would have appreciated you contacting our company directly to report your discontent for this tour.
