Overview

Let's raise a glass to history! This fun, informative and engaging 90-minute walking tour is sure to please anyone who wants to really get to know the local culture of Ketchikan. You'll embark on your pub crawl with a true local who will share the colorful history of the bar scene through stories and vintage photographs. You'll hear infamous stories of days gone by, facts of the prohibition era when the red-light district was in full swing and the legacy of many of Ketchikan’s most popular hot spots. Guests must be 21 years of age, have legal photo ID and be able to walk over the course of ¾ mile, flat terrain. Must dress for the weather.

CHELSEA was amazing!! Had the best time on the pub crawl! Highly recommend! The bartending staff in each place was incredible and highly attentive.

This was $100. i will never see again. Nice guide, she walks ahead, talks but we can't hear her at the end of the group. with Covid, went into a crowded bar, filled with unmasked smokers.we left. I was not at all impressed.

We are sorry you had a bad experience with us, Barry! At this current moment Ketchikan does not have a mask mandate. We also cannot control fellow bar patrons smoking habits. Unfortunately, these things you have mentioned are far beyond the control of any tour guide. You will also see here that the cost of our tour is just $79 on Viator. That cost includes the cost of your drinks on the tour! We wish you could have stuck around long enough to enjoy the drunk history lessons and bar stories. We also hope that you will consider adding a couple more stars to this review as the above mentioned are not reflective of the quality of our tour, but more so of the people who are in the bars. We have been in business since 2019 and this is our first 1 star review. We hope you will reconsider! Thank you so much for at least giving us a try and we hope once covid settles down you might come back on your next cruise. I think you would have really enjoyed the tour.

What a great experience we had. It was Amber, our guide's first day and boy was she a great guide and host. Lots of fun was had, in our small group of 12. We did 3 different bars, all within short walking distance of each other (and the ship we were on) and had a great welcome at each one. We even got the Karaoke machine started up in the last one and we enjoyed ourselves so much, we went back to one of the other bars for more drinks with locals, after the tour had finished. This is something different and enjoyable. We can thoroughly recommend it!
