What To Expect

Southeast Exposure Outdoor Adventure Center

Your adventure starts with a van ride to the north end of Ketchikan to beautiful Clover Pass. You will be welcomed and led down to our waterfront facility and introduced to your tandem kayak and get a safety briefing from your guide.

Tongass National Forest

You'll quickly gain confidence as you paddle to Eagle Island. The protected waters of Clover Pass provide us with the opportunity to really enjoy the tranquil setting of the Tongass National Forest.

This was a lot of fun. We got to see several eagles, and sea life. Our guide was also really cool.

This was a great day - Sean was my guide and he was very patient with my novice kayaking ways! he did most of the work, too, but didn't seem to mind too much...the equipment was great and the whole staff were very helpful and informative about the area and my day on the water.
I would HIGHLY recommend this outfit and do it again myself in a heartbeat!
