What To Expect

Southeast Exposure Outdoor Adventure Center

Your adventure starts with a van ride to the north end of Ketchikan to beautiful Clover Pass. You will be welcomed and led down to our waterfront facility and introduced to your tandem kayak and get a safety briefing from your guide.

Tongass National Forest

You'll quickly gain confidence as you paddle to Eagle Island. The protected waters of Clover Pass provide us with the opportunity to really enjoy the tranquil setting of the Tongass National Forest.

Keenan and Owen were our guides. Very nice tour, relaxed eagle watching. Harbour seals and starfishes. We loved it.

These guys are freaking awesome. We called them last minute and they were so accommodating. Keenan was probably the best guide we have had on any tour. If your looking for an excursion outside the cruise line you would be foolish not to look at this crew!!! When we get back to Ketchikan we will be booking another!!! Thanks again Keenan!

This was a great experience! The guides were experienced and thoughtful - they made sure everyone was safe and keeping with the group. We got to see numerous eagles, star fish and even some humpback whales. Definitely would recommend to anyone willing to work their arms for a few hours in Ketchikan!
