Snorkeling is fun, safe, and easy aboard the Sundiver III. Join us for a 2.5 hour underwater tour to the shallow, inner, coral reefs located at the "World Famous" Key Largo National Marine Sanctuary, also known as the original John Pennekamp State Park. Our friendly crew specializes in kids, families, and first time snorkelers. You will be absolutely amazed at the underwater world that lives just offshore of Key Largo. High quality rental gear (mask, fins, float vest) is INCLUDED with all snorkel tours provided by Sundiver.

Easy check in and easy to find the boat. Captain and crew were helpful and really understanding — the snorkeling site was debris filled (seaweed sticks grass, etc) which kinda sucked and a lot of jellyfish- which definitely sucked - but they knew what to do and JD spray to help the stings, definitely tookaway from the overall experience But we did see fish and a lobster and nurf shark which was cool. Wish we could have gone to another location or seen the underwater statues

They don’t provide snorkels, you must buy your own. $15 each. They make you be there an hour early, but then show up late themselves. Tour got started about 10 minutes late. They stated that we would get the same water time; however, boat made it back to the dock at the same time it was initially supposed to be. Snorkel area was beautiful and more than made up for it. Just dissatisfied with the tour company.

This is an unfair and inaccurate review. We stat before booking your tour that the snorkels are not included. You are not "forced" to buy ours, you can bring your own snorkel. We do offer snorkels for sale for $15 for the convenience of getting everything you need in one location. The tour you went on 80% of the customers had their own gear and didn't need to buy ours, all these customers knew our policy before booking. I looked at the surveillance cameras and the boat departed from dock at 12:08, Yes it left 8 minutes late. We were waiting for another customer who was stuck in traffic from a local car accident that had caused a traffic jam. I then looked at the camera and the boat returned at 2:35pm. This is 5 minutes later than normal. So yes, technically the total trip time was 3 minutes shorter than an even 2.5 hours. We are more concerned with your "snorkel time" at the reef than the total "trip time". I confirmed that your tour got exactly the "reef time" you were supposed to. I really wanted to call you to discuss this but can't figure out which reservation is yours. I am glad to hear we brought you to a nice reef and provided a fun and safe experience. Its a shame you hurt our reviews because of an inaccurate claim about our trip time. We strive to make everyone happy and get 5 star reviews in return. This kind of review hurts us and its simply unfair. Our captain and crew didn't do anything wrong. If you want to call us to discuss please ask for Mike.
