When you book a dolphin trip it’s always with the knowledge that you might not see any. After about 30 minutes I was starting to think we weren’t going to see any, however I should have had faith in the Captain. She took us to an area of the ocean and there we saw around 30 dolphins including a young baby. They swam, they played and they jumped. It was amazing. The snorkelling was also fun and Shiloh gave a great and in depth safety brief that meant everyone on board felt safe to go into the ocean. Fish and lobsters were seen but having just seen a baby dolphin it was never going to be the same. Amazing trip

Each tour is subject to the whims of nature. That being said we saw no dolphins on the tour and the snorkeling was mediocre at best. Poor visibility due to overcast skies, few fish, strong currents and cold water. We rented wet suits for $10 each which allowed us to stay in the water longer. Most people didn’t and lasted 15 minutes. There was no lack of trying to search for dolphins on the part of the captain. Unfortunately that only left about 25 minutes of snorkeling on a 3 hour tour. Of that time 10 minutes was spent getting into the water, being pulled away from the boat and swimming against the current to return to the boat. The captain told everyone fins were not needed. Everyone followed that advice and subsequently fought the current to swim back to the boat and ask for fins. I think it would be nice of the tour company to offer a free return trip if no dolphins are sighted. According to the captain and the reviews, that is a rare occurrence so why not make a gesture of good will even if few guests can take them up on the offer.
