The tour guides, Stevie and Maddie were awesome!!! Stevie got us to the dolphins, and Maddie kept us hydrated. Stevie provided a wealth of knowledge about dolphins, and Maddie was more than happy to jump in and help the special needs passengers on our boat learn to snorkel. They were an amazing team, and just wonderful people!!! We plan to book again. I cannot express how enjoyable this cruise was. A definite must do, and tip them well, they deserve it!!!

I got a mixed feeling of this tour. In one hand, the ticketing kiosk agents by the launching pier was extremely irresponsible. We went to a wrong check-in place so arrived at the launching pier late(5min before the departure time). The agent at the kiosk refuse to check us in, saying "the boat has already left". I questioned that it's not even the departure time yet how can the boat left. She just kept saying "it has left, you arrived too late". Then after my persistent questioning, she went out of the kiosk to take a look at the pier. Still she went back saying "Yep, it has left.". My husband didn't see any boat leaving the pier so went to check with one docking boat with a "Fury" sign on it. It turned out to be the boat we were supposed to board and the crew were waiting for us! So either the kiosk agent didn't know what boat to look for and just "pretend" to check, or that she just lied to us. Anyway the crew were very fun and friendly and we did see dolphins and sunset on the way. So the tour itself was nice.

This was a great tour for beginner boater/ snorkeling. The crew was kind, knowledgeable and very laid back. My 2 teenagers are not huge boat fans and this tour was great! Short and sweet, giving them a taste of easy snorkeling.
