This tour was just fantastic! Our captain (Lisa) and her crew were just the best. Very knowledgeable and fun! They made sure to come around and get to know us while we were on our way out to see the dolphins. We did get to see a few dolphins and then went to the reef to snorkel. While we were snorkeling we saw tons of fish, lots of HUGE stingrays and my husband even had a large 5-6 foot Tarpon swim underneath him. Once down with snorkeling we got to enjoy drinks like mimosas and beer! I would highly recommend this trip and try to get Lisa as your captain!!!

Me and my wife booked this trip for our Honeymoon and we had a blast all the fury staff was amazing and did everything they could to make sure our experience was amazing. I will book this trip every time I come to key west

This company was extremely unprofessional and lied to Viator about cancelling our booking stating that we “never showed up” to our booking with them due to them not providing enough parking and due to them not providing insteuctions to arrive 1 hour early rather than 30 min early to ensure parking. I almost died in the hospital prior to my visit to florida keys and was barely able to make it still. I showed up barely able to walk to their kiosk while my wife “parked” 30 minutes prior to our event. I kindly asked the man sitting on the side if he could “suggest a good parking location” and he immediately started yelling at me that “it isnt my problem if you can seem to find parking when its right in front of you nose. Have you tried idk right here behind the kisok?” With a loud voice pointing in my face. I said there was no need for him to yell at me. I wasnt upset with him. I was only asking you for a suggestion since you live and work right here. The woman as the desk gave me the waiver to sign and she said “please fill it out completely “ so i singed for my partner as well and then she ripped the paper from my hands and rose her voice at me and laughed at me saying “haha why did you sing for your partner? Can she not sing her own name?” I said of course she can but she is parking and no one has ever had issues w me singing for her or her signing for me in the past. I called my parter for the next 30 min and she was not able to find parking. I was extremely upset that they told me they would not refund my money if both of us were not present. They apparently called the boat captain because he came to speak to me and HE WAS THE ONLY PROFESSIONAL PERSON WORKING THERE because he offered to move our booking to the next morning and even gently comforted me. The guy working there TIM OR JIM and the latina girl was extremely unkind and yelled at me and she have me the wrong ticket as well not knowing i was disabled and had trouble walking. If i had to walk back and forth to fix her mistake it would cause me a lot of pain. I will be conplaining to the BBB about how awful and unprofessional and the level of extortion this company tried to getover on us even lying to viator that we NEVER SHOWED UP TO OUR EVENT whenWE DID both times. $#*£ this company.
