On Sunday, March 16, 2025 our group of six visiting from Michigan, went on the 9:00pm tour. From the very start, the tour guide was most unpleasant. Part of our group was using the restroom before the tour began (we were not running late) and the others got on the trolley. When they got on they told the tour guide there were more coming and were completely ignored. They asked if there was a better side of the trolley to sit and he made a rude face and never spoke. This set the tone for the rest of the tour. He was less than entertaining or engaging. The shipwreck museum was awful. Again, lack of personality made the story telling a flop. The smell of sulfur in the building, which started to make us nauseous, only made the experience all the more stale. Most of us were checked out, but not so checked out to notice the same stories being told at the end as in the beginning. We paid $40 to be treated rude, be disappointed and bored and then to be asked to tip the tour guide. Here is a tip. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY!
