The female narrator was rude and not pleasant at all. At one point she said to the customers on the bus pop quiz and when one of the customers proceeded to answer she scolded her and said shh stop talking you are spoiling the moment. I felt so bad for the young woman. It was quite frankly one of the worst experiences and I would never do it again. The narrator needs to be better at her job and be friendly .

I loved hearing some of the history of Key West, but with Covid 19, some of the usual stops weren't open, like Robert the Doll at the old fort. I enjoyed the last tour we did 5 years ago much better. Our tour guide, Maholda, was entertaining and knowledgeable, and riding around the city in this summer heat was certainly better than walking the whole way.
