We went on this tour when in port for a cruise. I had been to Key West before but wanted to get historical info on the city and see some of the sights I missed the first trip. I purchased tickets online through their website for $5 off each ticket. The starting point was just around the corner from the pier and the wait was not long to board. We rode around for the entire tour the first time, then hopped off and on at 3 different stops for the second. The wait was a bit long for our 3rd time trying to get back on at stop #12 but we heard they were short-handed that day (day before hurricaine Ian hit) so I understand why. Not a long wait at the other stops. Our first guide was informative but had a raspy voice so it was a little hard to understand him. The second guide was more easily understood. I think his name was Tim. All in all, worth the money. One thing to note is theses tickets are non-refundable but they are good for up to one year.

We loved the trolley tour and the fact we could hop on and off at many locations. The tour guides were great and informative.

Our Driver Tim was fantastic! He narrated Key West wonderfully. He was funny and talked loud enough for all of us to hear. We enjoyed the ride very much. This is a must do when you visit Key West even if you don't hop on and off!
