Our tour driver, Pam, was outstanding! She has a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable of the history concerning Key West. She also had several recommendations for other things to do and restaurants to visit.

While stopped in Kee West on our cruise took this tour. Tour was very informative and had 13 stops you could hop on or off anyone. Our tour guy I think Randy was great. My wife had a battery operated scooter and it was no problem, they put it on and off the trolley. Tour picked us up and dropped us off at the ship.

We booked the trolley for a 2-day pass, and hardly got to ride at all! After 2 empty trolleys and an empty conch train passed us by at the trolley stop, we asked at the booth why they weren't stopping to pick us up. He said that their first priority that morning was to pick up passengers from the cruise ships! I certainly wasn't told that when I spent $115 for a 2 day pass for my husband and me! We finally were able to catch a city bus, and discovered that it was free! It's called the Duval Loop. And it operates until midnight, unlike the trolley, that stops at 5:00!
