The trolley tour is an awesome way to get the full view of Key West - it showcases not only Old Town Key West but also New Town which I wasn’t aware of. And the guides give great narration on the historical aspects and also lots of general knowledge on Key West. Definitely worth it.

We cruised in on the Celebrity Equinox. After walking much of the day we stopped and talked to the folks at stop 11. We told them we wanted to go to southern point. Told him when our ship would leave. That we had about 2 hours . Sold us a discounted ticket. ( two for $40) Waited 20 minutes. Then we went two stops and couldn’t complete the loop because of time. Tried to talk to someone. Received a “ can’t help you and don’t care attitude” I feel cheated and have a very bad taste in my mouth about Old Town Trolley.

Ride and the narration was very good. Had to wait for 20-30min if we hop in at multiple stops. Also, last trip was at 4:30 and we ended up walking after that to reach our destination.
