MANDATORY: MUST BRING One I.D. per guest 16 years old and over
Children must be at least 6 years old to fly and must be accompanied by an adult
Tandem (2 persons flying at the same time) and Triple Flights
The total weight limit is 450 lbs for Single, Tandem and Triple Flights
Guests under 18 must have a parent at check-in to complete waivers and show photo I.D.
Triple Flights are weather and weight permitting
Check in is 30 minutes prior to departure time
Pregnant guests may not participate in parasailing
Hand sanitiser available to travellers and staff
Regularly sanitised high-traffic areas
Gear/equipment sanitised between use
Guides required to regularly wash hands

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Parasailing was lovely. I just wish they used the full hour to either keep passengers up a few minutes longer or extended the boat ride instead of cutting it to about 40-45 minutes for the smallish group size that was on board.
