Choking one another with the breathing tubes. Spending an extra $70 for gas and $50 to viator. Better if booking directly through the company

The staff, captain, boat, and equipment was great. The experience was fun and unique. Everything was great except for the surprise "remaining balance" at the end. If you dig far enough into your contract you will find a surcharge for fuel of $35 per person. The company should be more upfront about these charges. It should be highlighted when you pay up front that there will be extra charges. I was not the only client surprised by the charges after I thought I'd paid in full online. We also felt pressured to leave a 20% tip, which we had planned to do already. The pressure felt very unprofessional. I'd go again for sure, and the price was worth it. It just would have felt better to know about the additional charges and expected gratuity up front.
