I don’t know if it was because of the holiday weekend or is it normally booked to capacity but it was over crowded. Then as you board staff asks where you would you like to dine not explaining dining outside means the possibility of you standing to eat on a rocky boat. Just disappointed on the over crowding then finding some where comfortable to eat. I mean I see if we were eating finger foods but we had full course meal .

Greetings and thank you for joining us. We are lucky to have one of the most popular trips in Key West which tends to sell out frequently. With that said our boat is coast guard regulated to hold 149 passengers but we top it off around 85. Each one of our passengers has the opportunity to sit in the air conditioned cabin as it holds 60 comfortably. We group our passengers into two groups so the first group can eat while the second group is upstairs at the bar and vice versa. I asked the captain & crew for that day if there were any issues with the food or seating situations and none of the crew were aware of any issues. I apologize your group didnt sit comfortably inside as that is how the trip is designed to go. I do hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Key West.

Was not able to arrive on time and scheduled the event same day and they wasn’t willing to offer me any voucher or raincheck. So will never go to that location ever again in life.

Paul, we apologize that you showed up 20 minutes after the boat left the dock. We had 80 other guests who arrived on time for the trip. Our group tried calling you and offered to allow you to go the next day however you declined. I would question that if you miss your flight, what they would do? What if you missed your bus or cruise. We have an obligation to hold the integrity of our scheduled departure times. Our marina is extremely busy and everyone has scheduled departures and arrivals.

Great food. Bartenders didn’t know how to make a lot of drinks. Not a lot of seating. Ended up sitting outside the dining area below deck.
