We had a ball. It was a large party crowd on our sail & a mixture of old & young people. Excellent food & lots of dancing. We definitely suggest paying extra $10 for Buffet. Food well seasoned (fried fish, pulled pork, grilled chicken, yellow rice, black beans, garlic mashed potatoes & gravy, mixed vegetables, rolls. All tasted great. Rum runner & margaritas super strong. Line danced to “THe Wobble, Down Down Boogie Dance, Electric Slide,etc” Also Carribean & soca music. Just note, open bar only includes rum runner, margarita, beer, champagne & wine. Other drinks are extra. Sunset was a beautiful view.

We were not provided all the cruise had to offer. We were told open bar was included in price, and when we asked for a frozen drink, we were told it would cost. We said we had paid the full price and open bar was included. They said only beer, wine, champagne were included. The food was average, and was a buffet style. If you wanted tea or water to drink with meal, tea was not available, but a very small cup of water was if you went up to bar, or you could get a soft drink. Just did not think it was worth the 69.00 per person it cost. It may have been better to eat prior to boarding. The main reason for the cruise was to watch sunset. I think this could have been done elsewhere as for the four of us, 240.00 plus dollars was a waste. On a positive note, the musician was entertaining, if not for that it would have been a bigger waste of money. I did call the office to discuss, no one returned call, called back several days later, a man did hear me out. He asked me if I had seen other people paying for drinks? I was not there to monitor other individuals bar activity.

Greetings Lisa, I'm sorry you did not enjoy the trip. We make sure to be as transparent as possible on advertising our trips. Our open well brand bar includes a wide variety of mixed drinks, margaritas, rum runners, draft beer, champagne, wine. We also have a top shelf bar and make frozen drinks for purchase. Unfortunately, we do not stock every kind of drink but we do feel that we have a wide variety of sodas, juices and water for everyone to enjoy. Tea is not on the menu nor advertised. We did receive your call and called back immediately but there was no answer. We talked the day after and explained the open well bar situation. I apologize the trip was not as enjoyable as we hoped. I do hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip to Key West.

I’ve read the other reviews that talk about not enough space- and I think that would be true with a lot of people. Our dinner cruise was not super crowded but there wasn’t enough room for everyone to sit down. The food was good, the crew was very nice, and the entertainment was awesome. If you want to go on a boat, have dinner and drinks, maybe dance a bit, and see a sunset, take this cruise. It’s reasonably priced and if you don’t mind the seating situation, you’ll have fun.

Hey there, Thank you for taking the time and writing the review. I am glad you enjoyed our dinner cruise. Our inner cabin allows for seating for around 60 people. Typically we try to release people in groups so that there is plenty of seating and time. I am going to reach out to the team to make sure this is still occurring.
