The sunset dinner cruise was the biggest disappointment of our Key West visit. Based on the reviews we had read on Trip Advisor, we were excited to go out. We must have hit on an "off" night! The crew was not professional, the seating on deck was very limited and uncomfortable, the food was not very good. They appeared to have only one young lady trying to keep the buffet filled and she was not successful. The buffet was not at all what was listed on the brochure and many items were not refilled when the tray was empty. None of the crew seemed to cater to the customers. Overall, not what we expected.

Please email me at [email protected]. After speaking with the captain and crew we had a full boat and have had a lot of great reviews on that trip. Our crew was working hard to keep up with the food line and actually had additional members helping out as most people joined us for seconds and thirds. After speaking with the chef the buffet was not left unattended or empty for more than 3 minutes. I do apologize that your experience was not a 5 star one and for that I hope to hear from you through emailing me to further discuss your experience.

My fiance and I just returned from Key West and we had such a wonderful time on the Key West Sunset Dinner Cruise! We loved it so much that we decided to return back for a second night during our vacation! Financially, it is a great deal. All you can eat and drink for 2 hours, plus live entertainment and the most beautiful views of the sunset. The buffet dinner was delicious and there was plenty of food! The drinks were great and the bartenders we had (Keke and Nico) were so much fun and made sure that everyone on board was having a good time! If you are traveling to Key West, you should definitely try out Key West Sunset Dinner Cruise! You won't be disappointed! We can't wait to come back!

We read the reviews & were torn but last night put all doubts to rest. This was a fantastic cruise! The music guy (we never caught his name) was awesome & kept the party going. Great drinks & there was a large variety of food that was very tasty. We made new friends and took the party to a bar nearby. This by far exceeded our expectations! A must for everyone visiting Key West.
