My wife and I took this dinner cruise Thursday, March 8th. We were late departing. It was completely overbooked. Ran out of food several times. By the time we were finally able to get to the buffet all that was left were mac n cheese and fish sticks. Then wait for a table to eat. Drinks were ok, but I'll tell you, the staff worked hard running around to keep everyone happy. I stopped by the office to complain when we returned but it was closed.

Greetings,
Thank you for joining us on the dinner cruise. I am sorry to hear you did not have a 5 star experience. First, we greatly appreciate your feedback and look into each and every review to ensure we are continuously improving all aspects of our trips. I spoke with the Captain on that trip and they were late to depart due to trying to accommodate late arriving guests. When this happens we do our best to stay out an extra few minutes to ensure the trip is not cut short. We would hate to have a guest arrive and the boat not be there.
After looking in our books for the March 8th trip it looks like we had around 60 people on the boat. The boat is certified to hold up to 149 guests, but we never book the boat to capacity as comfort of our guests is a main concern of ours. The downstairs cabin can sit 60 guests at a time, depending on how guests seat themselves and we try to slowly release groups to eat to ensure no lines. It sounds like some guests might have jumped ahead and for this we apologize. We do have additional seating at the bar and on the upper deck of the boat. I am also looking into your comments regarding the buffet as we always have more than enough food on-board to accommodate our guests.
We will be meeting with the crew on your trip to go over these concerns. Thank you
