To many people on the boat. Didn’t have both bars open (indoor and outdoor), only outdoor bar open. Called group numbers for food, forgot to call a group number so those people never ate, ran out of food, hardly a buffet. Lines at bar for drinks were terribly long. Lack of seating for number of people on the boat and the fact that you were given dinner. Definitely not worth the money.

Greetings Suzanne, Thank you for joining us on the trip. We reached out to the captain and crew and noted that the boat had 80 guests on it when it can hold 149. This puts the boat at a 53% capacity. I am sorry that you did not eat however all groups are called chronologically, 1 then 2 then 3. Our inside cabin seats up to 60 guests at a time, so there is plenty of space for each group to sit and enjoy the food while other guests are enjoying the live music and unlimited bar. The downstair bar in the galley is used to serve soft drinks and waters for the guests eating. Additionally we have an onboard kitchen which cooks food based on the demand to ensure food doesn't run out. Our crew mentioned there was a group who did complain about not getting to eat however they also mentioned that the group waited till we were almost at the dock to mention something.

My husband and I did the Dinner Cruise with the Buffett. I would definitely not recommend this, as it is very poorly run. They oversold the boat so it was totally overcrowded, there was about 80-100 people on a catamaran. I waited in line 45 mins to get food and when I got up there they were out of some stuff. It's supposed to be a buffet dinner cruise. How do you run out of some of the dinner!? There was only one bartender for all these people and you couldn't even get non-alcoholic drinks, aside from water, without asking the bartender. Finally, alot of the people this cruise attracted were rude and trashy. Plus the entertainer on the ship sucked. He was supposed to play steel drums and island music, but he just sang alot with a record, poorly I might add. And to top it off the weather got bad so they just went around the harbor for like 30 mins then docked. I get weather isn't their fault, but they could have at least offered a discount. Only plus was the crew was nice and seemed like they tried hard, but there wasn't enough of them for all these people the company sold this cruise to.

Greetings, Thanks for joining us on our Sunset Dinner Cruise. I do apologize that the weather forced us to come in a little early as safety of our guests is our number one concern. I think you have some of the time items mentioned above mixed up as we came in just about 30 minutes early from the trip and allowed all guests to remain on the boat at the dock. We kept the unlimited bar open and food hot. The boat's capacity is 149 guests and we only had 80 guests on the boat for that trip, so we were comfortably at 53% occupancy for that trip. After reviewing the crew log, I do note that the crew was accurately staffed with 2 bartenders on the upper deck and another server/bartender in the lower cabin as well as someone at the buffet serving the food and a chef in the kitchen on the boat. We actually have multiple reviews for that trip of guests understanding that unfortunately we cannot control the weather but as all of the other boats were forcing guests off their boats we were the only boat in Key West that allowed guests to stay on the boat at the dock and continue to eat, drink & party. We do have a fully airconditioned first deck that is completely enclosed with a bar and full tropical food buffet. This allows us to be the only boat to shelter guests from any bad weather and continue to serve our guests.
