Bad experience, the boat was crowded, we spent all the trip standing, the food was very poor quality, bathroom was disgusting.

Greetings, I apologize you didn't have a 5 star experience on this trip. This trip has become one of the most popular sunset cruises in Key West. The boat was coast guard approved for 150 guests but we never put more than 100 on it. We do try to have something for everyone on the menu although there are occasions that some of the specialty items requested cannot be provided. For this we do apologize but our standard menu consists of Caribbean pulled pork, marinated grilled chicken, fried fish, deep fried plantains, pasta salad, assortment of mixed season veggies, mashed potatoes, Cuban bread, black beans & rice. Additionally, we hope you enjoyed the live entertainment & fully stocked open bar.

Very friendly staff, great vibe. My family enjoyed it a lot. Food was ok but warm. Music was great, the dj was very good

was so excited to see a keywest sunset after waiting on the dock for an hour was lead on the boat to melted watered down drinks for the captain to announce the boat needed a 10$ part that they didnt have you could sit at the dock and eat or get a refund needless to say we left it was our last night in key west

Greetings Cindy, thanks for taking the time to share your experience. For that trip we did leave 10 minutes after our scheduled departure (we also stayed out 30 minutes longer) as we were waiting on both a minor boat part but more importantly we were also waiting on the last guests to arrive and didn't want to leave them at the docks. This trip includes unlimited open bar, which gives our guests the ability to mix and match any drinks they want for the entire trip. I am a bit lost in regards to this review as we received multiple 5 star reviews on the same exact trip with guests thanking us for waiting for the last few guests and stating the food, drinks & live music was outstanding.
