We didn't make it on the boat. We checked in and they said the boat would be coming to the pier. She didn't tell us the name of the boat. Two boats pulled up and we lined up for the one that had their name on it. It turns out it was the other boat that left 5 minutes before they started letting people on the boat. When we went to get on, that is when we found this was the wrong boat, this one did not include appetizers or drinks. We went back to the office and they offered a full refund or rebook us for the next day. We took the refund. Watching the sunset from a restaurant by Mallory square was better and felt more romantic and cheaper. The boats were crowded

The staff was professional , helpful and exceptional at what they do. This was totally worth it and a spectacular activity for me and my wife. Totally worth the money.

We enjoyed the entertainment and wonderful crew. The view was picturesque providing stunning pics, too large to share apparently. We would ride with this crew and singer again!
