Let me first say that the crew was exceptionally friendly and accommodating trying to take care of everyone's needs. The food served tasted good and the drinks were decent. The experience of seeing a sunset on the ocean is undoubtedly an experience everyone should have once in their lives.
Now I'm sure they weren't breaking any of the protocals in place, but the feeling I had as a guests on this vessel was uncomfortable. They had 60 plus people on this thing, face masks were optional, social distancing was nigh impossible. It seemed that no one gave a care that we're still very much so in a pandemic. None of the crew wore face mask, that I could see, as they travelled between parties. They did handle the food properly with glove and tongs asking for only a certain amount of people to line up when serving food which was good. It was hard to enjoy all of it with people all in your space with no face coverings. It was uncomfortable is what I'm getting at.
People given the option seem to not give a care so if you don't mandate it as a business they opt for not. In this environment I don't think it's a smart move. If you're concerned regarding the pandemic don't do this experience at this time. Sorry not sorryš¤¦š¾āāļø.

I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. We do have protocols in place. In fact the 60 passenger boat you were on is USCG certified to 125 passengers and 4 crew. We were and are operating all vessels at 1/2 capacity (self imposed) at this time. In addition we have extra cleaning and sanitizing measure in place, and anyone not comfortable can leave the boat and get a full refund - no questions ask.
