We were shown several varieties of sugar cane grown for their products. We had a tour of the barrel aging building and how different types of barrels were used to make various products. There was a choice of tasting options based upon the types of drinks one wished to taste. The tour guide was very considerate to an older couple with mobility issues. The distillation process discussion and view of the stills behind glass windows were not very informative. We were also given tastes of honey, very hot pepper sauce, and rum cake. The rum bottles are very stylish. We were given a souvenir glass at the end. The prices at the distillery are much lower than at the airport. I was surprised that there were no shipping options mentioned on the tour and on the web site. (That may be due to government regulations.)

We did the farm/ distillery tour with Bernadette as our guide. She did an amazing job walking us through the « grass to glass » process and it’s very evident she is dedicated to providing a great customer experience. Very personable tour guide. 10/10 would recommend. The only thing they need to figure out is how to ship their rum products to Canada!! 😋

This was a great experience . The people were very knowledgeable and you could have different types of rum depending on what you like. Highly recommend
