I need a refund because the trip was canceled because of weather and it’s a big run around between the booking company and zip line company getting your money back which I still have not.

Our group of four had an amazing time ziplining with Maka and James this week! They were so fun, made us feel comfortable (we had a few newbies) and it was a fabulous day from beginning to end. Will do it again and higly recommend!

My daughter and I ziplined for the first time with Koloa Zipline and had a blast!!! Not only was it an amazing adventure in itself but the staff/guides there were amazing too! Very experienced, informative, safe, friendly and funny ;) I highly recommend you book them when you’re in KAUAI for zip lining! Meh’a and Britain were our guides and they’re truly awesome!!
