The tour guides were an awesome crew! They were fun, instructive, and ensured we had a fun and meaningful experience. The views were amazing as well of both the ocean, mountains, and rainforest (we even got to zipline over some cows!!). 10/10, would recommend!

Family booked Koloa Zipline for a vacation this past month. Their company called my wife the day before to confirm. My wife confirmed the arrival time with the staff during this call and the staff member did not disclose at this time that there needed to be a 30 min. early arrival time. The day of the tour we arrived earlier than the arrival time spoken of at the location given, only to have the woman behind the counter tell us she had been calling my wife several times to let her know we would need to be at a separate address 30 min early. We received no calls from them that day, when we asked to speak with the manager as we had dinner plans with friends and didn’t want to attend a later tour knowing we wouldn’t make our dinner reservation, they wouldn’t let us speak to the manager personally. We were told a fifty percent refund was the “best” they could do.

The tour was amazing and had great views and even greater guides! Would definitely recommend this tour! James was especially great he was just the right mix of caring & funny. 10/10 experience
