The zipline is fantastic, but the staff was amazing. My wife is not a fan of heights and almost didn't make the first line. The crew was great. They were very calming and encouraging. Once my wife started to get the hang of it, it was all jokes and fun, which the rest of us had been getting the entire time. Caiman was the best. If he asks to take fun pictures, do it. He is a master with panoramas. The scenery is absolutely stunning too.

5 stars all the way. Donovan and Ollie were fantastic guides, and the family had a great time. We have done many zips, and the setting and 8 lines entertained us the entire time. The final line doesn't disappoint.

This was on my bucket list and so happy I experienced it here at Koloa. Ben and Janelle were amazing and made this a super fun day. I highly recommend you add this to your list of fun things to do in Kauai.
