e date was 8/16. A group of brave, handsome adventurers set off with their fearless, intelligent, and experienced guides. Though these adventurers were ill-informed of their heading, their guides comforted them and ensured that all would be well. Their journey to the course of doom was treacherous, though exciting, as it built the suspense of what was yet to come. When they arrived they saw a jeep, battered and burnt, covered with skeletons, an omen of possible danger. Even still, the group pushed on, aware that certain death that would await them. The first obstacle they would face was an easy, everyday zip to another platform. After realizing that the difficulty was set to a minimum, these naive adventurers created a false sense of safety for themselves. Line after line they went, incrementally honing their skills until finally, before the second to last obstacle, disaster struck. A dinosaur attacked the helpless group, scaring them half to death! They fought valiantly, but realized their efforts would not be enough. Just when they thought their life would be cut short though, a masterful warrior jumped out of the bushes and on to the dinosaurs back. Hayden was there to save the day! He wrangled the dinosaur into submission. We all cheered Hayden’s name and carried him in celebration. Everyone wanted his autograph, and one lucky fellow even got a selfie! Though they were happy this would not be the last obstacle to await this overly dramatic group. The last line, which was a half a mile long, was still waiting to be faced. Though all the adventurers were scared, another hero emerged from the shadows. The other guide, Ed, who had been really trying hard to process everything that had happened (for reasons that were unrelated to the level of excitement that had filled the day), assured us everything would be alright. Fearlessly and selflessly, he stepped onto the platform and sent us down one by one. The quest had been conquered, the prophecy fulfilled. All thanks to these brave adventurers and their two, amazing guides. Sweet dreams Ed!
