Our guides Ben and Brit were as important to the experience as the zip lines. Very safe and knowledgeable about the area as well!

We visited Kauai over Thanksgiving 2021. Although the zipline was pretty booked up, we were able to get a group of 12 in on Thanksgiving day. The experience exceeded my expectations! Our guides (Tim & Donovan) were exceptionally patient and chill, and made it a lot of fun. The scenery was great, and the ziplining itself was awesome - I loved the fact that we had opportunities to "fly" (ride face-down), go upside-down, and spin around. We felt very safe despite the thrills. Doing the full course requires a little bit of physical fitness since there are a couple of (very short but in one case steep) climbs from the end of one line to the beginning of the next, but is accessible to a wide range of people. While it was not a cheap adventure it was money well spent - a highlight of our trip and our kids' favorite experience.

We had a great time at this zipline course. This was our third course and the guides were very good. They were knowledgeable about each zipline and did a great job explaining what to expect. The equipment is top notch and well maintained. The design of the ziplines themselves are sound and I did not feel unsafe at any time (engineer).
